Office disinfectants – how you protect your team and customers

It’s finally here again. After offices, whether large or small, had to be closed for weeks due to the corona pandemic, they can be used again. Even if only under strict conditions Pads. Often in combination with a home office regulation that is now well implemented in almost all companies. So that you can fully meet these requirements in your office, we give you valuable tips and exactly the right disinfectant for offices and workplaces. This is how you, your customers, your employees and your office can get through the winter safely.

When working, of course, it is impossible to always maintain a safety distance of 1.5 meters or more. For this reason, both employees and customers must wear a face mask. In addition, hand washing and hand disinfection should apply to customers / visitors who enter the company. Likewise, if possible, a maximum of one visitor should take a seat in the waiting area, or a group that belongs together and is as small as possible. You can serve drinks, but make sure that the presentation is hygienic, otherwise germs could easily be transferred. Because dishes also go into and out of the communal kitchen. It is precisely for this reason that customers should come into contact with surfaces as little as possible, and contact with staff must be strictly avoided. In the best case, you should have prepared the possibility of contactless collaboration, presentation and, if necessary, payment, as well as possibilities for contactless appointments.

The current rule is: as little contact with customers and colleagues as possible – handshakes, hugs and the exchange of documents should be reduced to a minimum.

All forms of greetings with physical contact or suggestive rapprochement should be prohibited for the moment. The physical exchange of work materials should only take place if this is absolutely necessary. Disinfecting the hands or washing should take place regularly. Also cleaning and disinfecting the office and work surfaces, as well as used hand tools. The benefit of one skin-friendly disinfectant in the office is particularly important in winter.

Disinfectant Bür0, AHA & a recommendation for ventilation appropriate for infection protection.

Ventilation as a supplementary measure against corona

Björn Böhning, State Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs:

The “AHA” formula for distance, hygiene and everyday masks has so far helped us through the Corona period. Now there is also an “L” for ventilation, so that the protection against infection is even more effective. Good and constant ventilation protects your health. And wherever ventilation systems are installed, the order of the day is: more fresh air, less circulating air. Because the proper operation of ventilation and air conditioning systems and proper ventilation can reduce the likelihood of infection from SARS-CoV-2.

The BAuA also has Notes and measures for ventilation in accordance with infection control in times of the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic.
