The sales staff should wear gloves and a face mask and should have as little contact as possible with the customer. Once the order is ready, it is best to accept payment with an outstretched arm. Proceed in exactly the same way when handing over the ice cream portions.

Ask customers not to eat the ice cream at the ice cream parlor. The distance radius should not be less than 50 meters. Otherwise there is a risk of a fine for an administrative offense.
