Why do I significantly reduce my practice equipment costs with Dailynex®?
Many therapists tell us about the need for special disinfectants for their therapy tables/massage tables made of imitation leather and polyurethane. Because they often have high expenses at recurring intervals! Why? Many products cannot be 100% material-friendly due to their active ingredients alcohol & QAV, even if they are as high as possible within the scope of what is feasible. The right disinfectant for your practice, your physiotherapy, your rehabilitation center will help you as a therapist & practice owner save money every day!
With Dailynex® you can significantly increase the lifespan of your therapy tables, massage tables, sports equipment, training utensils & all other practice needs. At DANY Koblenz, our first studio customer in 2016, we were able to triple the lifespan of Technogym upholstery with Dailynex® and double the acrylic sunbathing areas of Mega Sun’s solariums. Hamstrings and leg extension devices in particular suffered from heavy use and material embrittlement, triggered by aggressive biocides for sports. The appearance of the Material embrittlement caused by disinfectants could be completely eliminated!

We are often asked the following questions. You think something is missing? Do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I spray Dailynex?
Yes, you can spray Dailynex! Thanks to its modern formula, Dailynex can be sprayed. There is no danger for users and bystanders (according to ECHA & BAuA). There are no harmful or dangerous aerosols or vapors! Thanks to the spray-wipe process, this enables you to disinfect precisely and effectively. In addition, you avoid the use of plastic fleece towels. In addition, the process of wipes is rated as critical in many circles, as there is insufficiently tested security. It is correct that many products on the market must not be sprayed to protect customers and employees! Here the GA or the BG is absolutely right. It is wrong that wipes disinfect better. Products are only certified for spray-wipe disinfection according to DIN EN. The following BAuA list contains the Substances that must not be sprayed . On Dailynex has been classified according to its active ingredient at EU level . Dailynex can therefore be sprayed.
What does additive-free mean?
Pollutants and additives have no place in disinfectants! In addition to alcohol, quaternary ammonium compounds are also used in common disinfectants. However, these biocides have been shown to have a negative impact on people, material and environment . Dailynex may be sprayed. If you want to learn more about this complex topic, check out ours Blog post on.
Is Dailynex skin-friendly?
The absence of harmful substances and additives is compatible with the protective acid layer of your skin. No protective equipment is required when using Dailynex®. While alcohol, as a classic disinfectant, “dries out” the skin and surfaces and can therefore damage them, common agents of the quaternary ammonium compounds group are far more worrying for users. Representatives of this group of active ingredients have been shown to be toxic and highly irritating to humans, which can cause allergies and skin irritation even in low concentrations. You can find more about this here .
How does Dailynex protect my equipment?
Dailynex consciously refrains from using alcohol, pollutants or additives. The active ingredient alcohol ensures that treated surfaces dry out. Without appropriate post-treatment, it is absorbed into the surfaces without leaving any residue, causing irreparable damage. The result: so-called roughness peaks arise and offer space for pathogens that can no longer be detected by disinfectants. The situation is similar with the active ingredient group of quaternary ammonium compounds, which are used with DDAC, BAC or Triclosan in a variety of disinfectants. You can find more about this in our Blog post on the topic .
How does switching to Next Generation Dailynex® help?
Most disinfectants contain chemical ingredients* (moderately & severely hazardous to water). With regular use, these get into our environment, water, food and also into our organism. Dailynex® dispenses with these ingredients* and is therefore the ideal alternative and forward-looking hygiene solution for you.
If you want to know more about why the use of conventional disinfectants is sometimes very risky for health and the environment, you can find a publication from the Federal Institute for Risk Assessmenthere.
How do I dose the Dailynex concentrate?
Due to the strong effect, you can dilute Dailynex® according to the attached label. For surface disinfection we recommend a mixing ratio of at least 1:5. That means 80% water is added to 20% Dailynex® concentrate. So for 1 liter of ready-to-use disinfectant solution, this would be 200 ml Dailynex® concentrate and 800 ml water. For a strong disinfection we recommend a 100 %-50% concentration.
Can I reduce my costs with Dailynex®?
The high-yield concentrate provides you with up to 5 times the amount of ready-to-use solution and is therefore more than advantageous in terms of price-performance ratio. In addition, by using Dailynex® you help to maintain the surfaces to be disinfected on the equipment and thus save you avoidable new investments or repairs due to unsuitable hygiene measures.
Is Dailynex approved for the healthcare sector?
Dailynex® is registered as a biocide by the BAuA (Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) and its effectiveness and the areas of application described have been confirmed by REACH (European Chemicals Agency). It works without restriction against all germs, including those that have developed resistance. Our BAuA entry and the DIN EN are sufficient for every company inspector/every health authority to recognize that you are using a high-quality biocide. In addition, by reducing pollutants in the workplace, you protect your employees, customers and yourself. With our blog posts, checklists, guidelines and e-books, we also support you to instruct your fishing spots and to shine in front of customers.
How does Dailynex® work?
Dailnex® is a purely physical disinfectant. It makes use of a process that your body’s own immune system also uses to fight off pathogens. A high redox potential and the osmotic pressure ensure efficient killing of pathogens (pathogens). On this side you will find the mode of action simply explained by us.
Does my disinfectant have to be listed in the VAH / RKI?
No. The VAH list but can be used as a guide if the manufacturer does not explicitly advertise the DIN EN as being effective. Manufacturers who are able to advertise the high quality DIN EN are often not members of the Association of Applied Hygiene, as this certificate has to be renewed regularly. The VAH list only applies to Germany. The DIN EN are superordinate and are internationally recognized as the standard of effectiveness.
The RKI list. The RKI (Robert Koch Institute), formerly the Federal Health Office, has its own disinfectant
List (RKI list) which lists products that have been tested according to RKI / DVV criteria.
This list is only important for officially ordered disinfection measures
according to §8 IfSG (Infection Protection Act). For reasons of emissions, these products are not used regularly in daily operation.
What does a disinfectant have to fulfill for the BG and the GA?
Need disinfectants Be marketable registered with the BAuA.
Disinfectants must show the BAuA number on the label.
The PT classes of the BAuA must be unique. One or two ingredients must always have the same / the same PT classes. It is not possible for two drugs to complement each other in your PT classes. These products are not marketable because their classes contradict each other.
The manufacturer must advertise its effectiveness on its information materials. In our case, our packaging and websites. The effectiveness should be designed according to the purpose. We currently recommend products like ours that cover all DIN EN and have no gaps in effectiveness. Alcohols, for example, are not sporocidal and poorly fungicidal.
If you have any questions about the BAuA or other topics, please do not hesitate to contact us!
Can the VAH list be prescribed for me?
No. Authorities are not allowed to direct or impose a purchase decision. However, lists are often used when the market appears confusing and manufacturers do not clearly advertise their effectiveness. As described in the previous paragraph, DIN EN and BAuANr apply. Another exception, as mentioned above, is state-ordered decontamination. This is not the case with SARS-CoV-2.
Why am I not allowed to spray Dailynex® & other products?
Due to the massive increase in alcohol-containing / WHO / QAV / QAC disinfectants, authorities saw themselves under pressure to protect employees and customers. As a result, products containing pollutants and hazardous substances may no longer be sprayed. However, the ban that has now been pronounced had been in force for some time. This is about that TRGS 900 regulated. Dailynex does not fall under these hazardous substances and may therefore be sprayed & misted. The applicable limit values are not exceeded. The examination took place at European, international and national level.
Have fun disinfecting strong & vegans in your physiotherapy facility with Dailynex® !
